Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process may involve telephone interviews, zoom interviews and a lesson interview. Our students are involved in the interview process and have the final say on which teachers we recruit. We are looking at teachers who can bring energy and build relationships online, despite being apart physically from the students.
We have students from 30 different countries and 4 different continents – inclusivity is a big part of UKVS. This also extends to students with SEN, mental health and anxiety. We have an expectation our teachers are able to make all our students feel part of the community.

If we have specified a specific start date for our vacancies, and you are not able to immediately start, please mention this when you submit your CV.

We are inundated with CV’s and applications and are unable to get back to everyone that applies. If you do not hear back from us, this may mean your application was not successful.

Good luck!
