How many students are in each class?
We take a maximum of 10 students per class. This means the classes are large enough to give students a classroom experience but small enough for brilliant relationships to form between teachers and students
What happens after I pay the registration fee?
After you pay the non-refundable registration fee, we will invoice with the subjects you have chosen. The invoice will typically be due within 14 days (or a week before the start of term, whichever comes first). Your places will be reserved for this time period. If you fail to make payment, you place your subject options at risk.
In the event the class is full, we can place you on a waiting list if you choose, OR refund you the registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable if we are able to provide places in all the subjects you have requested in your initial enrolment

What are the Payment Terms?
We have three different contract options. In each case, payment is invoiced in advance ahead of enrolment for the amount of the contract length chosen. Our registration fee is £199.
- Monthly Contract – There is no long term commitment. You are committed one month at a time. Once you are enrolled, invoices will be sent out a month in advance, with a 14 day deadline. A £30 late fee is added for invoices which miss the deadline deadline of the 15th. Please see the payment dates section for details of deadlines.
- Termly Contracts – For Year 1-10, terms 1 & 2 consist of 3 months and term 3 consists of 4 months. For Year 11, term 1 consists of 4 months and terms 2 & 3 consist of 3 months each. Once enrolled, invoices will be sent as shown in the payment schedule section, with the deadline to settle payment within 14 days. If you do not wish to continue, please give us a month’s notice before the new term. A 10% discount is applied to monthly contract prices.
- Yearly Contracts – Full payment is due in advance. A 20% discount is applied for yealy payments. Your fee is non-runfable if you decide to leave part-way through the year. Your contract terminates with us at the end of the academic year. We only recommend the yearly contract option if you have had some experience with us already and you are happy with how we operate
Please note, access to resources ceases upon termination of your contract. This includes all video recordings provided as part of your enrolment. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information
